Supercritical foaming kettle reactor The supercritical foaming device uses nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and other foaming agents such as TPU, EVA, polypropylene, polyethylene, nylon elastomers, and so onused for scientific research on supercritical foaming of materials. It has been proven that physical foaming has the advantages of higher foaming ratio, no residue, non flammability, non explosion, non toxicity, non corrosion of equipment, green environmental protection, and low cost compared to chemical foaming agents. The prepared foam material has small cell size (less than 50μm), high cell density, uniform cell size, and better mechanical properties. This device mainly includes: quick opening high-pressure kettle, gas source, low-temperature tank, high-temperature tank, metering pump, quick release device, etc. This device has been used in institutions such as the Beijing Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, and Sichuan University. Our company currently has a pilot platform, and we welcome customers to visit and test it.
